The Daiwa Shogun AGS Seatrout rods are true precision weapons for sea trout fishing! These rods are packed full of the most advanced rod design patents held by Daiwa as well as years of carbon fiber engineering, which is a specialty of Daiwa.

The Shogun rods are lightweight down to the AGS line guides. The AGS line guides are up to 40% lighter than traditional line guides. They also increase responsiveness, as they are exceptionally rigid. This allows the rod blank to do all of the work, which is as it should be. In addition, Shoguns are equipped with full-length AAA cork handles. Daiwa Shogun rods also combine HVF (High Volume Fiber) blanks with the X45 construction.
