Savage Gear SG4 is the perfect range of rods with unbelievable balance, feel, and design! The strong and lightweight Japanese-made Toray carbon fiber blanks with Seaguide® CCS line guides ensure accuracy and easy casting! The ergonomically designed EVA grips and the Seaguide® Alien Lock down reel seats provide excellent feel and performance. Savage Gear SG4 is an extensive range of perfectly balanced rods with optimal responsiveness an rapid but forgiving action that allows you to fight the fish without letting them get away or snapped lines.
Savage Gear SG4 Medium Game (MG-70) rods were designed for medium-sized lures. The Medium Game rods were designed particularly for jig fishing, crank baits, spinners, spoons and blade baits, Carolina rigs, etc. The tough and responsive Medium Game rods are excellent for jig fishing for perch, zander, and pike, for example.
The Savage Gear SG4 Crank & Vib Specialist (CVS-77) rods are equipped with extremely responsive, progressive and full-actioned blanks. The long-casting and responsive rod works great with crank baits, blade baits, spinners, spoons, spinner baits, and of course jigs. With the Crank & Vib Specialist rod designed for tough predators, you can hook and control the fish perfectly.
The Savage Gear SG4 Power Game (PG-73 & PG-86) rods were designed for large lures and larger fish. A long-casting and powerful rod for shads, swim baits, spinner baits, jerks, plugs, and spoons. The Power Game rods are excellent for versatile pike fishing and the blank has enough strength to handle even the largest fish.
The Savage Gear SG4 Swimbait (SS-711) rods are equipped with extremely powerful yet lightweight and responsive carbon fiber blanks featuring 1DFR tips. The Swimbait rods are perfect for larger lures and for catching large and strong fish. The blank joint of the Swimbait rod is located above the grip section, which means that the rod is highly suited for heavy-duty use, while still reducing the transport length compared to a single-piece rod. The Swimbait rods are excellent rods for heavy-duty pike fishing with shads, swim baits, spinner baits, and jerks.
